Hi, I’m Tasha Kossler. This July, my husband Matt and I will celebrate 20 years of marriage. Together, we’ve built a life rooted in love, faith, and commitment—raising five incredible kids while learning, season by season, what it means to grow something special that lasts. Our family has shaped everything I do. It’s where I learned the value of legacy, hard work, and authentically sharing the journey—not just the highlight reel.

Eleven years ago, I stepped into the world of social media, not chasing trends, but desiring connection. I was drawn to the power of story—how the right words, shared honestly, can build trust, invite community, and turn a brand into something people feel part of. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with coaches, authors, local businesses, and multi-faceted organizations, helping them uncover their voice and share their story through intentional, authentic branding that reflects who they truly are.

And last summer, that work became even more personal.

My husband and I opened our brunch and lunch restaurant, Patria—a name that means family. Building Patria has given me a front-row seat to the reality of small business ownership: the long hours, the sacrifices, the risk, the joy, the behind-the-scenes work no one sees, and the deep responsibility of serving a community well. It’s taught me firsthand what it takes to build something from the ground up—and how meaningful it is when people choose to show up and support it.

That experience deepened my love for small businesses. They aren’t just storefronts or logos—they’re families, dreams, late nights, and quiet prayers. They’re the heartbeat of our towns. I believe the strongest brands are built when stories are told with integrity, values are lived out, and relationships matter more than algorithms. Watching businesses grow—and seeing communities rally around them—is one of the greatest rewards of this work.
